Thank you so much for taking the time to read about my journey. I hope, even if you are not a Mental Health Mom, you were able to take something away. We all have a different normal, and it changes everyday. Mine has changed from simply being a mom embracing my children's mental health disorders to a fierce momma bear warrior fighting to increase awareness for mental health misdiagnosis and advocating to change our mental health laws to better protect our minors. Please encourage others, as I encourage you, to embrace your normal. Whatever it is, whatever it is not. Embrace it!
